I was in the need for a 3 iron and knew exactly which one I wanted, but I wanted to know the availability at this location. I called the phone number on the website, the guy who picked it up was very nice, professional, and sent me to the service line who could further help me. The guy who picked up immediately acted unprofessional, asked me "what do you want", in a tone like this was the phone call he's been dreading all day. I told him exactly what iron I wanted and cut me off while I was talking to tell me to look for it online, like I hadn't done that already. Then he told me I had to come in and buy the full set at the store for the one iron I wanted. Then he asked what my handicap was (its 2.5) and immediately he started acting like he was there to help. As I was about to end the call, he kept saying, "no, no do this this and this" and I just left. Only reason this is getting a star instead of Zero is because the first guy I called was nice and handled it professionally.

If you’re thinking about getting the membership to use the practice bay, good luck finding an associate to set you up your practice bays. My experience every time I come to practice has been like pulling teeth. If I want someone to setup a practice bay, I have to wander around the store and look for the nearest associate to setup. Even then, they have to verify that I have an appointment (which is fine) but all of this eats up time to your practice session and when you only have 30 min to practice that takes up your time for your session. They should have an associate manning that area during peak hours at the very least and they have the schedule so they know when they’ll anticipate that it will be busy. It’s not just me who has had this issue but there have been plenty of other members who have had membership for 3+ years and express this same frustration. It’s hasn’t changed throughout the years and it’s been the same experience. The only reason I come to this place to practice is during a rainy day when most ranges are closed.

Our grandson has been playing with used clubs for the past year. He was turning fifteen and we wanted to get him a professionally fitted set of golf clubs. Your store was recommended because of your large selection of golf equipment . We were looking through the various clubs and a salesmen , John Vaught greeted us. We explained that we did not know what clubs we wanted. He then took up to the demonstration area where our grandson was able to try out various clubs and shafts.. Our grandson had thought that he wanted either Titleist or Taylormade golf clubs. After trying out several different clubs he decided he wanted the Taylormade clubs that were recommend by John. We had such a great and professional experience at this store that we have recommended John to several of our friends who are looking for golf equipment. His patience and overall experience was a pleasure and our grandson even commented as to how nice he was to him. We were so happy to have gotten our grandson his first set of clubs and to had such a great experience in doing so !

I visited the store in Irvine about a couple of weeks ago for the first time with the clear intent to purchase Mizuno 225 irons but ended up purchasing a new set of Titleist T200 irons, which I'd like to refer to as one of the most amazing discoveries! I'd like to personally thank John Vaught for helping me find those remarkable irons that have improved my distance by 10 to 15 yards. The store manager, Dave, was awesome, consistently providing outstanding customer service when I went back today to switch to a heavier shaft for my Titleist TSR 2, which I had purchased from the same store last week. Both John and Dave made the whole process effortless thanks to their 90-day hassle-free playability policy! Thank you so much!

I had my driver reshafted here. It took 3 attempts for them to get it right, and a week later than quoted. A month after the installation the shaft rotates inside the adapter/ferrule, not sufficient amount of epoxy or poor surface preparation (not sure and I don't like it). From now on if I want work on my clubs I will go to Haus of Golf or Roger Dunn. I went because of proximity to my work but I'll spend the extra 30 minutes to get it done once.
